is (or at least should be) a system. Each part of the system
should feed off a previous action. When a prospect comes
into the system, the system should automatically feed that
prospect into the right slot and continue to create and
build a relationship with that prospect to turn the prospect
into a customer. And it doesn't end there. Once a customer,
your marketing system should continue to deepen the
relationship. To create more sales and to create referrals.
And of course, during all of this --- you are delivering
massive value, aren't you?
You can and
should try to mold your marketing programs into a system
that mimics the above chart. If you do...you will then have
an incredible advantage over your competition.
